*We require a PAPERWORK copy of up to date rabies vaccination papers for all animals that stay within the park. We do need the paperwork, tags alone are NOT sufficient. Failure to produce proper paperwork will result in a loss of the nonrefundable deposit and a cancellation of your reservation. Please see our Pet Policy under our rules and regulations for more info*

Short Term Stays
Overnight 14 day max
**All stays require the following paperwork:
A Copy of the registration and insurance for your rig (RV, mobile home, trailer, etc.)
A Copy of a photo ID for all adults
Rabies vaccination papers if you bring pets
Signed rules and regulations agreement. You can sign this online or in person during check in.2.5% card credit/debit processing fee

Extended Stays:
5 month Max
Month To Month Stays- $1080 per month
Electric in metered sites must be put in tenants name for monthly stays.

All Stays longer than 14 days
Rigs must be 10 years old or younger
$300 security deposit. Must be debit, money order, or cashiers check. Credit will be charged a non refundable 3% processing fee.
We Require background checks for stays over 14 days months. We do not run background checks, please run one online or through a local police department.

Tent Camping
Tent only- $40 per night, 3 days maximum
Additional tent to RV nightly- 15$ per tent
Additional Guests
2 Adults and all children covered under nightly rate, Each additional adult (18+) -$4 per night
Public Dump Station
Open during office hours.
Dump-$10
Potable Water Fill- $10
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are hoping you will join us at Kit Carson RV Park, but in case of a cancellation please be informed of our cancellation policy below.
If cancelation occurs more than 8 days before the day of your arrival
$15 Cancelation fee
If cancelation occurs less than 8 days before the day of your arrival
A 1 Night deposit will be kept as the cancelation fee
Campers leaving earlier than their original departure date will NOT receive a refund, this includes but is not limited to weather conditions, change of plans, or emergencies
Reservations who don’t contact us and don’t show up for their site will have their
reservation cancelled without a refund.
Ownership and Management reserve the right to approve refund requests based on each situation.
