2024-2025 Utilities Upgrade

Starting on October 1, 2024 KCRV will be undergoing a 2-phase Utility Upgrade Construction Project. The entire park's electricity, sewer, and water utilities are being upgraded. Power lines are going to be buried, water and sewer lines will be replaced. 

The roads and lots are going to be leveled. 

Phase 1 will begin on October 1, 2024 and is planned to be complete on April 30, 2025.

Phase 2 will begin after Phase 1 is complete. 

The park will remain open during the utility upgrade.
