Daily Rate is $70 per night (up to 2 adults) + a $3.50 booking fee.
Each additional adult is an extra $4 per night.
**All stays require the following paperwork:
A Copy of the registration and insurance for your rig (RV, motorhome, trailer, etc.)
A Copy of a photo ID for all adults
Rabies vaccination papers if you bring pets
Signed rules and regulations agreement. You can sign this online or in person during check in.2.5% card credit/debit processing fee
Check Out 11:30am, Check-in 12:00 pm.
Late checkout and early check-ins will incur a $20 fee
If trash is left on the site after check-out, the card on file will be charged a $50 site cleaning fee.

Rigs must be 10 years old or younger
$300 security deposit. Must be debit, money order, or cashiers check. Credit will be charged a non refundable 2.5% processing fee.
Month To Month Stays- $1080 per month (up to 2 adults) + $3.50 Reservation Fee
Electric in metered sites must be put in tenants name for monthly stays.
Electric in unmetered sites will be billed
We Require background checks for stays over 14 days. Background check applications can be given out upon request and require a non-refundable $60 fee per applicant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelation occurs more than 8 days before the day of your arrival
$25 cancelation fee
If cancelation occurs less than 3 to 8 days before the day of your arrival
A 1 night deposit will be kept as the cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 48 hours or less of your arrival date no refund will be given. No Refunds for departing early.
Unfortunately, even in cases of emergency, we cannot refund when a cancellation occurs without proper notice. We DO NOT offer refunds for Weather, Mechanical Family Emergencies, or Park Emergency Maintenance related instances, Additionally, guests who shorten their stay are liable for charges on canceled nights. Ownership and Management reserve the right to approve refund requests based on each situation.

We do need the paperwork, tags alone are NOT sufficient. Failure to produce proper paperwork will result in a loss of the nonrefundable deposit and a cancellation of your reservation. Please see our Pet Policy under our rules and regulations for more info*
